Rodemy FZE is a consultancy company registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, and has been operating since 12 January 2026. The company holds a licence for management consultancy and project management consultancy.
We work along two lines. For organisations, we advise on internal structure, operating processes and the coordination of projects. For individuals, we run structured training programmes and one-to-one advisory work in financial markets.
Every engagement starts with a conversation. The scope of the work is agreed before it begins, in writing, so that both sides know what is included and what is not.
Review of internal organisation, definition of roles and responsibilities, and revision of operating processes. Delivered as a defined project with an agreed scope and timeline.
Planning and coordination of projects, supplier management, and monitoring of timelines and progress against an agreed plan.
Structured programmes in financial markets: methods of market analysis, risk management, and building a repeatable operating process. Delivered as a group programme with recurring sessions, or as a one-to-one path built around the client's starting point.
These are educational services. We do not manage client funds, we do not issue trading signals, and we do not advise on individual instruments.

We provide management and project management consultancy to organisations, and structured training programmes and one-to-one advisory services to individuals. Training services are educational in nature. We do not provide regulated financial advice, do not manage client funds, and do not execute transactions on behalf of clients.
Engagements are scoped and priced individually. Following an introductory call we issue a written proposal setting out what is included, how long it runs and the fee. No amount is invoiced until you have accepted that proposal in writing.
Fees are invoiced on the terms set out in the accepted proposal, by milestone or on completion. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Charges appear on your statement under the descriptor shown at checkout. We do not operate subscriptions and will not charge you on a recurring basis without a separate, explicit agreement.
All course material, documentation and recordings remain the property of Rodemy FZE and are licensed to you for personal use only for the duration of your access.
Our services are educational and advisory. Any decision you take, including any decision to commit capital to financial markets, is your own. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rodemy FZE is not liable for trading losses, investment losses, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate access without refund where these terms are materially breached, in particular where material is redistributed or credentials are shared.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Where you contract with us as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
You may cancel at any time with written notice to info@rodemy.net. Work already delivered and sessions already held are payable. Anything scheduled but not yet delivered is not charged, and any amount prepaid for undelivered work is refunded in full.
Email info@rodemy.net from the address used at purchase, stating the date of purchase. We acknowledge requests within two business days and issue approved refunds within five business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a further five to ten days to appear.
Contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Where an engagement has not been delivered as described in the accepted proposal, we will correct it or refund the amount concerned.
Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no cost. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered.
If we are unable to deliver a programme or engagement, you receive a full refund of any amount paid for the undelivered part, without deduction.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Card data is handled directly by Stripe.
To deliver the services you have purchased, to respond to enquiries, to issue invoices, and to meet accounting and legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising purposes.
Our providers may process data outside your country of residence, including in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and India. Transfers are made under the safeguards offered by those providers.
Enquiry records are kept for up to two years. Transaction and invoice records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy in portable form, or restriction of processing. Write to info@rodemy.net and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary to load the page are used, and these do not identify you. If we introduce analytics or advertising tools in future, we will ask for your consent first.
